The 183 guest rooms, including three exclusive suites, offer The Dock a diverse hotel experience, from smartly planned study rooms for business travelers to classy design suites for relaxation and inspiration. With touches such as 3D-printed bedside tables and stylish green divans, an inviting place to settle down with the computer on your lap underlines the hotel's vision of sustainable design.
The rooms offer stunning views of the sparkling waters of the Södertälje Canal and the city's characteristic skyline. The large windows let in the daylight and make the view a vivid part of the room, like having a painting that is constantly changing. The pattern of the carpet gives a nice sense of depth and movement, and enhances the calm, thoughtful feel of the room.

- Jackies is the hotel's all-day dining concept where New York's bistro rhythm meets Scandinavian form and taste. Here, an international pulse is combined with a Nordic presence in both the menu and the environment.
- Bird's Eye is the sky bar that rises 62 meters above sea level. With a striking view of the city, a unique atmosphere is created where conversations soar, glasses are raised and the horizon expands.
- The Dock Spa, scheduled to open in June 2026, encompasses 1,400 square feet spread over two floors. It offers saunas, swimming pools, a rooftop terrace and lush lounge areas that together blur the line between relaxation and experience.
- The Dock Gym, scheduled to open in June 2026 offers workouts with ocean views and an environment filled with energy.
The Dock Backstage — a unique conference concept
For meetings and events presented The Dock Backstage where logistics meets creativity. It creates space for storytelling, exchange of ideas and business development in inspiring environments. The premises accommodate:
- Gala dinners and presentations with up to 200 people in cinema seating
- Creative workshops and product launches
- An intimate film salon for experience-driven presentations
Located at Marenplan, The Dock combines the old charm of Södertälje with new urban energy. The Dock Urban Hotel & Spa will open in November 2025 — bookings are now open.
