With 183 designer rooms, a 1,400-square-foot spa (set to open in June 2026), sky bar, restaurants, conference floor and film salon, The Dock becomes a new self-evident meeting place where the urban meets the unexpected, with canal views and proximity to the pulse of the city.
Jonas Karlsson comes most recently from his role as Business Manager in Södertälje Municipality, where he played a crucial role in the city's development. With a strong local commitment and an extensive network of contacts in both business and the public sector, he is uniquely positioned to establish The Dock as a leading destination at local, regional and national levels.

Jonas Karlsson will take office on 25 August 2025 and will be given overall responsibility for establishing The Dock as an obvious destination for business, pleasure, recreation and local engagement.

The Dock is owned and operated by Winn Hotel Group AB and is connected to Nordic Hotels & Resorts within the Strawberry hotel family. Booking is now open for the opening in November 2025.
